I’m married with 2 daughters and 2 Grandsons. I’ve being making Birthday cakes to celebrate their Birthdays every year since they were born. Each year there is another cake different from the last, for the children its usually a chocolate sponge, although I’ve made lemon, coffee, vanilla and others too.

Whether I make, Plain, Novelty, Cartoons, Numbers, Weddings or Christening cakes, I love the challenge.

All cakes are made to order in premises that have been inspected by the Local Authority for Food Hygiene.

Sponge cakes do not contain nuts, although they are made in premises where nuts are present.
